Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our publishing, marketing, design, consulting, and related services.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
We provide professional services according to the package, proposal, invoice, or service agreement agreed upon with the client.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, revisions, and fees may vary depending on the service purchased.
Services outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, materials, content, approvals, and feedback reasonably required to complete the project.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to us are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or failure to respond may affect the project timeline.
3. Payments
All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of purchase.
Work may not begin until the required initial payment has been received.
Where applicable, outstanding balances must be paid before final files, deliverables, or completed services are released.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
*No refunds are provided simply because a client changes their mind, changes their plans, or no longer wishes to proceed.*
No refund will generally be available once *50% or more of a project has been completed* or once the project has been fully completed and the agreed deliverables have been provided.
Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Please review our complete Refund Policy for additional details.
5. Project Timelines
We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline communicated to the client.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Client delays, revisions, changes in scope, third-party delays, technical issues, platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
6. Revisions and Changes
Any included revisions must remain within the original project scope.
Changes that substantially alter the original requirements, design, strategy, content, or deliverables may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Client approval of a deliverable may be considered final approval of that stage of the project.
7. Publishing and Distribution
Where we provide publishing or distribution assistance, we may assist with preparing and submitting materials to third-party publishing or distribution platforms.
We do not control the decisions, policies, algorithms, approval processes, pricing, fees, rankings, availability, or functionality of third-party platforms.
We therefore cannot guarantee:
- Publication approval
- Bestseller status
- Specific rankings
- Sales or revenue
- Number of downloads
- Reviews or ratings
- Advertising performance
- Distribution availability
- Platform acceptance
8. Marketing Services
Marketing services are provided using professional strategies and reasonable efforts.
However, marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, followers, reviews, impressions, rankings, revenue, or return on advertising spend unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
9. Advertising Costs
Unless specifically stated otherwise, advertising budgets, paid promotions, platform fees, influencer fees, printing costs, publishing fees, ISBN costs, distribution fees, and other third-party expenses are not included in our service fees.
Any such costs must be paid by the client or separately approved by the client.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of original materials provided by the client.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights to specifically agreed final deliverables will be transferred to the client to the extent stated in the applicable service agreement.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing processes, templates, systems, methodologies, know-how, internal tools, and proprietary materials.
Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
11. Client Representations
The client represents that they have the legal right to provide and use all materials submitted to us.
The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
We are not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied or approved by the client.
12. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential client information and unpublished materials private.
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or prevent fraud or misuse.
13. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before publication or project completion, we may identify completed work as part of our professional portfolio or marketing materials.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential information or unpublished materials for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
14. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms, software, contractors, vendors, or service providers when necessary to provide our services.
We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, technical failures, security incidents, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
15. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we reasonably believe a project involves unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, or significant reputational or legal risk.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability, where legally permitted, will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or technology failures, platform outages, strikes, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.
18. Termination
Either party may request termination of an ongoing project subject to the applicable service agreement and Refund Policy.
If the client terminates a project after work has begun, payment may remain due for work already completed and approved expenses incurred.
19. Disputes
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, Refund Policy, and other written terms provided to the client, constitute the agreement governing the applicable services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind
*No refunds will be provided due to a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, change in business direction, or dissatisfaction with the decision to purchase the service.*
Clients are encouraged to ask any questions and review the scope of services before making a purchase.
2. Work Already in Progress
Once work has commenced, the payment covers time, resources, preparation, and services allocated to the project.
*No refund will be provided once 50% or more of the project has been completed.*
If the client cancels a project before the 50% completion point, any refund will be considered based on the amount of work already completed and expenses incurred.

- Work already completed
- Time and resources already invested
- Third-party expenses already incurred
- The stage of the project
- The nature and seriousness of the emergency
